Bring on the Cake with Petite Pennants Builder


The new Stampin' Up! Petite Pennants Builder Punch is really fun and easy to use, for the banner on this card all I did was punch four sets and interchange the design, how simple is that! I then used the Happy Birthday greeting from the set Bring on the Cake. For the background I used the Square Lattice Emboss Folder on the new Wisteria Wonder cardstock and then used the Dotted Scallop Ribbon Punch to border!
